Job Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative (CX) - Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through in-person interactions, email, and WhatsApp, providing exceptional service and support. - Skillfully resolve conflicts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. - Issue fines and warnings as necessary, meticulously following established procedures. - Manage notice deadlines, tracking and documenting them for efficient resolution. - Collaborate with the commercial team on abandoned contracts, ensuring seamless communication and potential recovery. - Process payments and explain contract details, delivering excellent first-point-of-contact service to new clients. - Accurately maintain and update data within systems to reflect current job statuses. - Provide support to Facilities by scheduling inspections and installations, ensuring smooth operational coordination. - Contracts, Issues, and Projections Specialist - Responsibilities: - Maintain oversight of financial discrepancies and outstanding payments, proactively addressing issues and initiating necessary actions. - Handle collections and negotiations, leveraging effective communication skills. - Issue warnings and notices for payment non-compliance, adhering to established guidelines. - Facilitate contract renewals and ensure accurate updates within systems. - Analyze and generate new contracts for job replacements, maintaining accuracy and consistency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to project and implement rate increases according to specified timelines. Qualifications/Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations with professionalism. - Proficiency in using systems and tools for data management. - Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused attitude. - A Good level of English and Spanish will be a plus. This role may be available part-time or full-time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
