Leevin Group is in short and long-term student accommodation services. The company was founded in 2018 in Dublin with the aim of providing students with reliable and value-for-money accommodation services. Main Responsibilities of the Position (mainly mention what differentiates the activities of this position from others) Ensuring that the needs and concerns of students are effectively and efficiently addressed, working in collaboration with the CX team to provide a positive and satisfactory experience. Identify growth opportunities, develop new partnerships and projects within the student accommodation market, and ensure effective implementation of commercial strategies. Supervising and managing all local operations, including facility maintenance, ensuring a high standard of quality and safety for students in their accommodations. Coordinating and overseeing daily activities related to the operation of student accommodations, ensuring the proper functioning of all areas, and acting as a focal point for operational issues. Establishing and maintaining good relationships with students, clients, internal team, and external partners, to ensure clear and effective communication, and promote a culture of collaboration and service excellence. Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes, developing and implementing effective solutions, and constantly monitoring performance and student satisfaction, seeking to continuously enhance the student accommodation experience. Team Training: Ability to develop and empower team members by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and learning opportunities to promote professional growth and development. Translating Strategy into Day-to-Day Results without Losing Focus on Long-Term Goals: Ability to align daily activities with the organization's strategic objectives, maintaining a long-term vision and adapting actions as necessary to achieve short and long-term goals consistently. Product Communication: Ability to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of a product or service to customers, highlighting its distinctive characteristics and competitive advantages. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, identifying common interests, exploring creative options, and resolving conflicts constructively. Result and Analysis: Ability to set clear goals, measure progress towards those goals, and analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to drive positive outcomes. Suitable candidate should have following to qualify for this role: Previous experience in roles related to operations, customer management, commercial, and/or facilities. Knowledge and experience in customer service and customer experience management. Experience in team and project coordination. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related fields. Additional certifications or courses in Operations Management, Customer Experience, Facilities Management, or related areas may be advantageous. Knowledge of operations management software and CRM is often valued. Schedule: Monday to Friday Full time
